Regional Meeting

Midwest Regional Meeting

June 6-7, 2012 - Pfister Hotel
424 E. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, WI

Putting the Pieces in Place to Accelerate Energy Efficiency Investment

The NAESCO Midwest Regional Meeting will explore the role of energy efficiency in the region against the backdrop of competing energy resource options including the sizable area oil and gas deposits. The meeting will examine existing regional energy efficiency mandates and investment levels and address the impact of the economic downturn on the pursuit of aggressive energy efficiency policies and programs. In addition, the meeting will provide a forum to discuss what types of incentives would appropriately reward utilities to accelerate energy efficiency investment as well as integrate ESCO capabilities in utility efficiency programs. The meeting will look as well at leveraging information technologies to accelerate energy efficiency investment and the degree to which customers are effectively using the available energy data to modify their energy usage choices.

Join us for an Exclusive Tour of Johnson Controls' LEED Platinum Global Headquarters - June 6, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm (transportation leaves from the Pfister Hotel)
The 32 acre campus was awarded LEED Platinum certification in September 2010 by the U.S. Green Building Council, the highest such recognition possible. The Glendale campus represents the largest concentration of LEED Platinum buildings - four - on one site ever awarded. The tour will showcase the multiple energy efficiency and green technologies deployed on the campus.

Opening Night Networking Reception - June 6, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at the Pfister Hotel
