Job Description
ESG is seeking a Regional Director for our St. Louis, MO office. The Regional Director will be responsible for oversight and management of sales, operations and all subordinates, its profit & loss, strategies, goals, operating plans, short and long term objectives for their business unit as well as the organization as a whole. He/She will also be responsible for representing the organization to community, customers, government agencies and the public.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include but not limited to:
• Oversight and management of the strategic planning process for energy services/performance contracting resulting in establishment of short and long term planning, sales, operations, profit & loss, growth, documentation, customer satisfaction. i.e. goals, expenses, quarterly & annual sales and performance measures.
• Responsible for oversight and management of all subordinates.
• Provide leadership and supports motivation in these and other areas: the creation of strategic, tactical, and financial solutions; developing goals and measuring performance to the approved goals; organizational development; liaison to the public, government, affiliated organizations.
• Develop leaders to ensure future profitability through performance reviews and routine discussions regarding competencies, value alignment and results achieved.
• Lead by example with clear alignment to corporate objectives and culture.
Experience Level
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university, five to seven years direct experience in energy services/performance contracting, minimum of five years management experience, strong financial, analytical problem solving and communication skills, excellent planning skills and experience in corporate strategy and proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL
Note: Proven track record in Energy Services/Performance Contract solutions is a must.
