Synergy Companies
Synergy Companies was established in 1982 and has worked extensively with the investor owned utilities of California (SCE, PG&E, SDG&E, and SCG), the California Public Utilities Commission and the State of Nevada delivering energy efficiency as a program designer, contractor, energy service company and implementer. Synergy has offices in Northern, Central and Southern California. Energy conservation and efficiency is a core part of Synergy's business strategy. Synergy is a premier AC Diagnostic –Tune up and Duct Test and Seal implementer and has 125 crews that are trained and EPA-certified to work on HVAC systems in the RES and Non-RES sectors. Synergy also provides lighting and gas savings measures and services to customers. Over the last 20 plus years, Synergy has installed over 45 million square feet of insulation and serviced over 500,000 residential and commercial units.

Synergy Companies has also established a new division called Quality Verification Services which services HVAC contractors providing a "turn key" solution to the California Title 24 duct test and seal ordinance.

UCONS, L.L.C.
UCONS is a national leader in the development and implementation of residential and small commercial conservation programs focusing upon both water and energy conservation measures. In the small commercial sector, UCONS has successfully developed and implemented laundry programs to promote a wider and earlier acceptance of the most efficient washers. In the residential sector, UCONS has provided extensive programs to renters and mobile home customers. These customer classes have proven difficult to serve through traditional rebate or market transformation programs due to split incentives (whereby the person paying the energy bill does not have necessary incentives or capabilities to make capital improvements which mitigate energy usage). In the past 20 years, UCONS has provided direct install energy efficiency programs to over 300,000 renters and mobile home customers in California, Texas, New York, Utah, Washington and Oregon.
